QotD: Deal Breakers

What are your deal breakers in a relationship?

Funny... Never thought me, of all the people in this wide twisted world, would be answering this question. Hmm, deal breakers in a relationship... Well, to be entirely honest, I don't get into a lot of those. Used to, but had kinda given up on them for a long long while... Still amnt quite sure where I stand... But what I have learnt is, once I do get into a relationship, there isnt much that would fit under the title of 'deal breaker'... the reason being that I only get into a relationship once I'm certain that there wouldnt be any infidelity or clinginess or whatever... and at the first sign of any of it, I turn and run... before you can even say the word 'relationship'...

But in the end... I guess it would be betrayal... Betrayal of any sort... See If I expect someone to be infidel and they are, it won't really affect me, coz I knew thats how they would be... If I think someone is a loud mouthed snob... and thats how they behave, its still not enough of a reason to get out of the relationship... coz I got in knowing thats what it would be like (I'm not sayin I wouldnt leave... I probably would... but only if I found I couldnt stand it anymore and not simply coz Of the behaviour alone)... I guess what I'm tryin to say is... if I believe someone to be something... and they prove themselves to be otherwise... and NOT in a good way... yeah, that would be the deal breaker... If I expect someone to be loyal and they cheat on me, or if I expect someone to be kind and they totally beat up a ktten... yeah, that would be the deal breaker...
